Não deram tapetes higiênicos para o pet nem pontinho para água e ração. Pagamos uma taxa e não tivemos nenhum benefício para o pet. O quarto é todo feio e com pisos de refugo. Estava com vazamento no box, dando enchente no banheiro. A recepção é atendimento lento precisando falar 3 vezes para realizarem. A cama é ar condicionado...
