The property was quiet. Breakfast was decent. The bed linens were old and worn. We had an issue getting more towels and that was unlike anything I’ve experienced before. I wouldn’t book here again.

Disliked: Staff & service
The pool was clean but it was very loud. The breakfast was good but very basic. It also did allow for food allergies/sensitivities. The room was clean but everthing was extremely damp. The floor, bed, blankets all felt damp the entire stay. When we entered the hotel the smell of perfumed air was stifling. The smell continued into the room. We discovered the perfume smell was an effort to cover the wet air smell. Fans were put out that evening in the halls and the air improved a little, but the dampness continued. Note : there was flooding all over the state area. We also had the toilet overflow when simply flushing. The hotel's response was to give us an old cheap plunger and walk away. No one offered to help or pick up the wet towels used to clean up the water that poured over onto the floor. We did not ask for a refund, but won't stay there again.
