“Ants were everywhere in my room and in my bed ”

“There was a bad rain storm the night we stayed and rai. Leaked in the window and onto the window sill. Room (suite) was large. Liked the larger fridge, microwave, and Kerig coffee pot. Beds were too firm, but pillows were nice. ”

“Breakfast was terrible so went next door to Mcdonalds.”

“The place is being remodeled, it's poor workmanship being done, fire sprinkler head hanging out of wall in 3 floor hallway, toilet paper roll hanger moves in wall and drops toilet paper, shower door rolls open after you close it and leaks , toilet takes two times to flush if you use toilet paper, the bathroom door has no catch latch, room door drags extremely bad when opening or closing..front entrance slider door is in bad condition, breakfast was disgusting...we tossed full plates and payed……

“Staff was very helpful I think if i had one thing to mention would be the parking. Nothing that is the hotels fault in any way. As I understand and have been a part of on the road working teams. We have a hard time finding a parking space as there were several working trucks parked which take more space. Still overall very food and will recommend to stay at.”

“I did not look anything like photos from internet. I had to wait for staff manager to get out her car to come in and service me. I got keys dropped off personal items and left to attend my event. I phoned Cassandra the manager and explained the room was filty and my husband used the bathroom and touched the back of toilet was 2 inches of dust the tub looked like a crime scene. After exiting property there was a dead mouse infront of the area. I was disgusted. I asked if someone could clean it.……
