Not many activities to do , no live music or entertainment . Tiki bar and food all closed early.

I had to switch rooms 3 times before I received a mostly clean room. The baseboards in the bathroom were filthy, there was leftover candy in the bed in one room, and each of the 3 rooms had some sort of black substance on the walls windows, bed or pillows. The breakfast was mediocre but the service was pretty good. Front desk staff was hit or miss, but mostly kind and professional. The doormen and bellmen were top tier, kind and very professional. Housekeeping left alot to be.desired. There was a room that had the look and feel of a motel 8! Poorly decorated and just filthy. Live cover band was awesome. I enjoyed the music each and every night of my stay. The convenience of the location and the wonderful views make me want to return to this location, but housekeeping needs more training on how to take better care of the rooms!

We stayed in 1404 and it was amazing. Very clean and smelled of cleanliness. View was amazing and u dont have to leave the property for anything, cause they have it onsit. For sure booking again

There is a lot to do for families which is great! The rooms definitely need a face lift. My room had water stains, and floor molding coming off with nails sticking out. The biggest turn off was my friend had multiple cockroaches in her room and I would see them all over the outside area of the pool, or building. Management made it seem like “no big deal- you’ll see them everywhere they’re native to the area.” Then they forgot to spray my friends room, and rushed her to move before 1pm when offering to switch rooms even though it was their error.
