“Great little apartment with fantastic views across the estuary. Location fantastic with a ten minute walk to Instow and the beach. Apartment very well equipped. Lovely little touches with decorations ( almost too many not leaving much work top space in the kitchen). “This was ideal for me. I loved it here. It was really peaceful. I couldn't hear a thing apart from the birds and the occasional sheep. I stayed for 4 days and I wished it could have been longer. There is no TV in the hut which also suits me to the ground. The wi-fi is excellent so if you do want to watch something on an I pad or tablet you will have no problem with the reception. There was a nice touch with tea making facilities and scones provided for the 4 days that I was there. I cannot...

“Didn’t meet the host but lots of useful info left about the property and appliances leaving etc including local areas of interest and a visitors book to leave any comments. Small but welcoming and comfortable cottage with everything you could possibly need for any length stay.”

“We loved it, dogs loved it , garden could be a bit more secure though, but we just stayed out with them. Lovely views and some gorgeous beaches not to far away in the car. Everything you need is there, but a bread knife, was a bit hard to cut an unsliced loaf 🤣”
