I shared a room with my brother and nephew. We did not sleep good at all. We heard the elevator all night. I am not sure if the elevator is just old and wore out or if the cables need greasing or what. It is very disruptive. They have two elevators but one didn't work and was out of order. From other reviews - this issue may have been around for a while. As a note - we were in room 502\. I am assuming all rooms near this elevator can hear the noise. Room 501 definitely can because it's closer than we were. This would probably include rooms 101, 102 and all other series to the 14th floor. The hotel is very nice and very clean. It is unique and has a very "boutique" feeling. I would have rated all 5's if not for the elevator noise.
