“The breakfast was very good. Multiple choices. The shuttle was great. The driver took me to the departure gate instead of at the shuttle drop off. Having a restaurant on site was a plus. I highly recommend this hotel. It is underway for upgrades. ”

Refund is in progress. 1) Sticky floors throughout my room; 2) Mold on ceiling in my room; 3) Sheets had stains; 4) Elevator inspection certificate nearly a year expired; 5) Shower head was at my shoulders (I'm 5'10 lol). I'm fine with an older property and don't exactly ask for luxury when traveling for work, but this place didn't even meet the bare minimum.”

“It is not a family friendly place. The conditions were horrible. We didn't even turn the bed back to go to bed. Just 1 night. Still fully clothed. Very disappointing”

“We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.”
