“Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.”

“Breakfast menu had a great selection but the food that should have been hot to taste was cold....my hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the mattress in my room was horrible. It felt like a mattress cushion instead of an actual mattress. Staff was very polite and friendly. ”

“Everything was pretty nice except the pull out couch and the noise. Pull out couch was laughable. You sleep sideways, on a VERY THIN MATTRESS that has a bar running through the center. We woke up more than once to sirens and then loud garbage trucks behind the building. ”

“This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the……
