"The rooms are nice, of course they’re a bit small if you’re from the west but once you get settled they’re very usable. There was luggage space under the bed but they did not vacuum it all the way to the wall so my backpack had a bunch of dust bunnies on it when i pulled it out. The tvs Screen mirroring made me watch an ad just to pair my phone and then it didn’t work so that was annoying. Just add a YouTube button to those smart tvs that should be obvious. Breakfast is really good lot of selection and nice and friendly staff. Food was excellent in my opinion, except for the runny eggs. The egg omelette slices (tamago sushi style) were pretty good though so I can’t complain. Miso soup station and a soba station were awesome. Good coffee, wish they had half & half and not milk and not those fake creamer shots. Spa was really nice and the have tattoo stickers for you to use if you have a couple of small enough ones. My main complaint is with check in. The front desk REALLY struggled with our check in. Took way too long (like 20m) with them asking for my passport then they wanted my additional named guests. they assigned a room to one of my guests and not me. They need to train staff better on check-in. Their English was good but comprehension was clearly poor. They just didn’t have it together with check in. I work in hotels. There was 5 women working the front desk that afternoon. They just need to dial that in. Still a really good stay, with nice staff. 9/10"

"A great option for one or two people traveling. Within walking distance to Shin Osaka station, and convince stores and grocery stores."

"I didn’t take their breakfast as I had to leave early. No complementary water bottle at room. A small water bottle they are selling at the reception at 110 Yen! We purchased 2ltr water bottles from 7/11 at 100 Yen."
