"The service and accommodations are spectacular. And the food amazing. It was a shame for no yoga, and the kayaks and some equipment, like lighting on the pathways could be improved. "We were lucky enough to spend five wonderful days at Al Natural Resort. Our host Michel was fabulous and provided a welcoming environment to relax and recharge. Our hut had fabulous views, the chef prepared amazing meals, and the staff assisted us in finding the perfect excursions to go on. Nature surrounded us and the snorkling was spot on right outside the resort. "

"One of the most extraordinary places we visited during our stay in Panama. If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

"It was a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property. This house has an amazing view and it is a very well maintained property. Red Frog Beach Resort staff was very courteous. Overall this was a wonderful experience."
