“Casa Mar was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary with a week away and we would definitely do it again. An added perk we didn’t even realize until arriving was that this house is associated with the Awa hotel brand and you get all the perks of the hotel that is within a 5 minute walk. We loved everything about the experience. Manuel and Maria took great care of us as well!”

“Host was very attentive and helpful (arranged taxi, early cleaning). Unit and grounds are nice and quiet.
Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis.
Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations.

“The property’s location was exceptional—quiet, private, peaceful. The real highlight was the concierge Karina. She was warm, knowledgeable, immediately available, and coordinated everything for us and answered all questions. She had great suggestions and has been the best concierge of any place we’ve stayed!
