“Todo el staff tuvo un trato espectacular, Juan, Darían, Ulises, Martín, Aldair, etc. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidos. Lo que no nos gustó mucho es que donde debería estar la plata del hotel estaba llena de zargazo y olia muy mal y había muchas moscas en el restaurante al aire libre. Del resto muy buen hotel, la comida nos encantó y la música tambien muy bunea”

“The hotel manager checked us in, and he was cordial. I grabbed the towels and noticed they were disgustingly dirty. Went downstairs to speak to the manager and asked to exchange the towels; he just gave me new ones, and no one picked the dirty ones. I also asked him for extra towels to take to the beach. He said that guests were not allowed to take the towels outside the property, and that it was stated in their site; I personally didn't find that statement. I would have taken my towels at that……
