However there was broken glass on the balcony, the bunkbeds for the children wobbled ridiculous everytime one of them moved and then in the morning my son found someone else’s socks under his pillow so clearly they hadn’t changed the beds from the ..."

"Hotel very run down, maintenance non existent. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling above bed. Dust everywhere, unable to see out of windows so dirty. Crack in bathroom sink, bath stained and dirty.
