Apartments in Istan for Rent

"Customer service was impeccably helpful "

"Very central, large apartment. The views from apartment are not good. Advertised as having a patio, which unfortunately turned out to be a small area off the bedroom , surrounded by very high walls with many other apartment windows looked down onto it. This area was not clean . The shower head had to be hand held as would fall out of its socket when turned on. Can’t say anything about AC as the remote control did not work. Towels were old and discoloured."

"Great property, great location and excellent hostess and ambiance"

"No dish cloths.Complaint is with Expedia as there was no indication that check-in was with Hotel next door.We stood in entrance hall trying to determine how to gain entrance to our apartment."

"Spacious apartment overlooking the ocean. Excellent location to visit old town or stroll along the promenade. Difficult at first to locate so be precise on directions. Very prompt responses from Rafa and Karem who are a pleasure to work with. "

"Nice place in the heart of the action for beach and historic Marbella."

"The location was great! Maria the owner met us and gave us a tour of the place and some great local food recommendations. The view from the balcony was amazing onto the promenade and ocean. They were fixing the pool but looks great for when it will be ready. I would highly recommend this apartment!"

"A beautiful clean and bright apartment. Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the beach and a supermarket. Pool is also perfect! "

"Pros: We enjoyed our stay at the apartment It was spacious and had everything we needed nice balcony to relax on with good view, a good supermarket with everything we wanted bars and restaurants were all within walking distance, there was also a good bus service just down the bottom of the road which takes you right into Puerto banus . The swimming pools were great with plenty of sun beds We did enjoy our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment."

"Great location nearby all the local amenities"

"The apartment is in a fantastic location with very clear and amazing views across the beach and sea. It’s super new and designed well. Also very clean. Based on this I would happily stay again. My only concern is communication. There was no comms before regarding where to collect keys so I contacted and they shared details. The property require a security deposit, as listed in the website, and although the description says this can be paid by cash or credit/debits card, they will only take...

"Pros: Las estancia en general. Todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días en familia."

"No heating system and scarce hot water."

"The property was in a great location, very close to the beaches, bars, restaurants and the bus and railway stations. The apartment was very clean with a great air conditioning system which was definitely needed. The kitchen was well stocked with white goods as well as crockery and cutlery."

"This apartment was amazing! It was well equipped and clean. The property manager was a delight to communicate with. And the location was perfect! "

"Pros: Just relaxing in the space, and beside everything on our nights out. Cons: As we ate our breakfast indoors a little more delph."

"We really enjoyed staying at this place"

"Clean and beautifully decorated place. Great location if you golf or plan to visit different places in Costa Del Sol. Car is a must. Parking was very convenient in the same building but it is tight with bigger car. Multilevel unit where bedrooms are downstairs. Amazing views from the top floor patio. We enjoyed our stay."
