We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was good throughout. A special mention to the housekeeping team — they were lovely people and did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice, especially with the piano music playing in the background. The hotel is also in a convenient location for exploring Istanbul. The only downside was that the room looked a little tired and could use some updating. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the friendly service.

I stayed here for a week, using the room mainly as a base for sleeping and showering since I spent most of my time out exploring. The room was comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. During my stay I had an unsettling incident with a local, and the team went out of their way to put me at ease, keeping me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was that, despite having absolutely no responsibility for what happened, they proactively offered me a discounted taxi to the airport. A completely unnecessary but deeply appreciated gesture. I’ll definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to Istanbul.

Apartamento muito bom para duas pessoas. Cama e travesseiros ótimos. Internet boa.

The property condition is excellent. Its also in good and central area. Just 2-3 mins walk to Galata Tower, 3-4 mins walk to the popular Istiktal Street and Metro/Tram stations. Lots of eateries and shopping options nearby. Its also cheap and value for money for a family of 5 like us.

The hotel is very old and urgently needs renovation, especially when it comes to mold cleaning. The bathroom was in terrible condition and had a significant amount of mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, due to the poor room conditions, we did not complete our full stay and decided to move to another hotel.

The staff at this property was amazing and the location was perfect. The only thing we didn’t like is the elevators turn off at night. The day we had to check out we had an early morning flight and had to take 8 heavy suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was able to help some but it was still difficult going down the stairs with all our things.
