"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, excellent service, large comfortable rooms with wonderful beddings, location superb, breakfast wonderful, front desk amazing, pretty Giada checked us in! We loved our stay we would give you 6 stars and would return in a heartbeat! We had a great time in Genoa and our stay in Bristol Palace was the highlight! Thank you for running a great hotel!"

"Loved the uniqueness of the property but found the lighting in the rooms not adequate. Staff were not well informed regarding the lights in the rooms maybe there was better lighting but we couldn't find it. They also should have taken the credit card on arrival as we had to wait a checkout to pay the tourist tax."

"I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, so beautiful. Location is great, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to train station. Bed was comfy . The only negative thing about room was the location of A/C unit which blows right at the bed. I already have sinus issues and this was a challenge as rooms do get warm. Breakfast was very expansive and varied and delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the noise in our room. We called about the issue several times but was not given a solution or returned call on the matter. We stayed 5 nights and I did not get one night of good sleep. I was surprised how it was handled for a 5 star hotel, Everything else was fine."
