I liked the breakfast area. The one thing I didn’t like was that the front desk worker acted annoyed when I asked her for more coffee pods for the room. She acted like I should be going to the breakfast area for coffee.

It was a decent hotel for a fair price. Clean room, decent bed, good shower, common areas a bit old, good place for a night or two.

Good budget hotel. It was close to the concert venue I attended and is conviently located. Rooms are a bit dated but we're clean and beds were comfortable. Overall a good experience.

The original room they gave us had no tv. The woman at the front desk apologized and gave us a different room. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. Would stay there again

Room was very clean. If you want a refrigerator and microwave make sure to reserve a room with a 'kitchen', yep, that's what they call those two things. :) Breakfast wasn't anything special, no hot items except waffles, microwaved breakfast sandwiches or oatmeal. All in all, it was breakfast. Check-in clerk very nice. I'd stay there again.

We went to this hotel because it was convenient for my husbands high school reunion. We had a great stay and there are several nice restaurants in the area to get breakfast and dinner. Everyone that worked there was very helpful with anything that we needed. We will stay there again.

Overall, for the price probably like a 3.5 stars. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well in our room. However, the bathroom fan was so noisy we couldn’t use it and the top cover to the bedspread did have stains but of course I always take that right off anyway. We did not have a chain on our door and the back door to the hotel was always unlocked. They had at least 3 people on the cleaning crew in the morning that we saw. They do have free breakfast but pretty limited and the second day we didn’t get down there until 8:30am. and some things were not available for grab and go. This is a two story hotel and there is no elevator, so fyi. Staff were pleasant, abundance of parking. There is limited amount of eateries around the area, Burger King, a decent Mediterranean family restaurant that has a variety on their menu for most families. We are staying again in two weeks, so I will update if there was any inconsistencies. It was a 25 minute drive to Cortland, so convenient to reduce the price in hotels.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I will say the back entrance could use some work it looks like at some point someone threw an egg at the wall by the stairs and it’s dried on the walls and the back door does not lock.

There is not a lot of hotel choice in the area so we paid more for this hotel than it was worth. The room was clean and quiet… both things that matter a lot to us. The people who checked us in were lovely. It did the job for us
