“This was my very first stay in a Best Western Suites so i had no idea what to expect beyond the expedia ad and we all know that sometimes those ads are not truthful. 😉 This Best Western suites is newly remodeled so everything was nice, clean and fresh. The bed was wonderful. I mention that bevause it is rare that I say that about a hotel. Despite having occupants on both sides, I rarely heard anything. “The price was very reasonable. Parking was convenient. Staff was friendly checking-in. Checking in took time due to Staff required to call owner before completing check-in because it was an Expedia reservation - then able to check in okay. Air Conditioner worked.
Room not cleaned well: the room had painted including fixtures; however, there were several big area that had black spots splatter on the wall from maybe a beverage or food. Morning shower had NO hot water; very cold. Soap……
