Originally planned for two people, but our daughter and grandson joined us. Room was fine for two people but a little crowded for four. Water temperature was good but shower pressure was a little harsh (felt like needles on my face). The bathroom fan didn’t work very well as the bathroom was wet from ceiling to floor after a shower and we didn’t take very hot showers. Air conditioning was great. Staff was super nice. Overall a good experience and we will be back.

We loved the trails and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The room was a little dated, and the shuttle was unreliable, but overall, it was a great trip. The grounds were immaculate and the service was spot on.

The valet was great! We were slightly disappointed that the onsite coffee shop was only open for limited hours. Additionally, when we walked down for assistance at concierge, we did not have the best experience with the front desk staff. Be prepared, if you want to find seats at any of the pools, you will need to get in line early. Overall, the view was exceptional and it was convenient to shopping.

"The hotel itself was very nice. The things I was disappointed with was the bed. It was extremely hard and caused my wife and I to wake up in pain every morning. For me I woke up every few hours because of this. Also, the rooms only get cleaned every other day."
