“The pool was closed and no real amenities. AC is loud and dated. They are renovating so that is good just didn’t know. Still a great hotel and staff. Clean and helpful/friendly.”

“I couldn’t make this trip due to a family emergency. The hotel has the authority to either refund my money or let me move my travel dates. They refused to do both so now I am out of $1000 for a trip I never took. Just greedy corporate America. I will never stay here when I do come!”

“The front desk staff was friendly and quickly got me to my room. The smell in the room was over powering. It wreaked of dampness and mildew. I didn’t want to touch anything. Shoes stayed on the whole time. Only thing that saved this stay was a comfortable bed and pillow, with clean sheets. I arrived late and was leaving early so I didn’t bother moving rooms, but I would not recommend or stay again. Front desk lady was super welcoming.”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a……

“It was a 6 out of 10. Not horrible but not spectacular. It was very mediocre and some issues with the room presentation vs how the pictures looked and no compensation was offered. Asking for a later check out was like I said a curse word even with them knowing I had issues with the stay. Overall it was not the best. Pool area could be better also there was a leaking ceiling in lobby. Staff was ok. Pretty lobby area and room was not impressed.”
