The Terraces at Beachside sits at Main Beach which offers a unique park-like setting, complete with a volley ball court, covered picnic areas and barbecue grills for your convenience and two new restaurants within steps of condo. The Terraces at Beachside is only 2 miles from Historic downtown Fernandina offering many unique shopping and dining experiences! The Terraces at Beachside is a quiet and cozy accommodation with only 15 units total. I almost want to not tell how impressed I was with this property. Huge living area. Great location. Restaurants within 1 minute walk. Nice pool for a 4 year old or adults to cool off in. Will definitely be back!!

Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed having 3 patio doors, especially the one in the bedroom. You can hear and see the ocean while lying in bed. Location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants nearby. Plenty of amenities, washer/dryer, and I especially appreciated the decor:) Downtown has lots of restaurants and a few coffee shops that we visited. Would highly recommend!

Chilly but lovely stay in January

My husband spent the weekend visiting family here. The temperatures were in the 30'S and 40's. The condo was pleasantly warm but hard to do much outdoors in those temps. The condo had everything we needed. Comfy bed and good pillows!
