Newly Renovated! - Steps from the Beach 2 bedroom/2 bath Oceanview Condo

This beautifully renovated two bedroom/two bath beach condo is located at the boutique Sand Dollar Villas on Amelia Island. Quartzite countertops, marble backsplash, tiled walk-in shower and numerous other amenities add to your beach getaway. Wake up to the sunrise or sleep in with blackout curtains. Having morning coffee or sipping champagne in the evening on your private balcony looking at the ocean is simply delightful. You have easy access to ocean swimming and sunning on the beach or enjoy lounging by the Oceanside pool. This is my so happy place and can be yours too!

Amazing stay at Brad’s property! We were in town for a wedding and could not have picked a more perfect location for our stay. During our down-time our biggest decision was pool or beach! Both were beautiful and right out our door. Brad’s unit was exactly as described- perfect for our family of four. The patio had a great ocean view and was great for hanging out in the evening. Found everyone in the complex friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Simple Straightforward and Sweet
We were in town for a very brief stay and didn’t want anything opulent but didn’t want to bum it either! This condo was perfect for us. It was cozy and clean and had anything we needed. The beach wasn’t crowded and there is a perfect view of the sunrise on porch. We had lingering coffee in the mornings and charcuterie lunch on the outdoor patio. A very short drive to grocery and less than ten minute drive to out of this world dinners! We had Lagniappe and Espańa. Both were delightful. Lastly, Brandon the host was super helpful and easy to work with.

My husband has cancer and I’m a full time caregiver. He had a friend come who was able to help so I got a few days off. Met 2 friends there. It was perfect. Had a great time. Beautiful condo beautiful beach

Perfect spring break location!
This is our second time to Amelia Island, but the first with our teenager. It was a perfect property for our family to rest, relax, and have fun together. Downtown area is close by and the beach is a quick walk down the walkway for evening or morning sunrise views. It exceeded our expectation and Brad was great to partner with to ensure our vacation was awesome. Would return in a heartbeat!

Very nice apartment with nice amenities. Fantastic beach access. I had 2 issues: 1) the pest control man walked in one morning; didn't know anyone was staying there & i wasbgiven no notice & 2) there were no smart tvs so cable tv was the only option. Otherwise it was a great stay

Great Getaway

The property was great. Neat and clean. Well equiped. Especially nice to have beach items for use and the extras provided by the owner. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. First time on Amelia Island and hope to return again.

Easy to find, carts available to assist at check in, on the beach within 30 minutes of arrival and spent every moment possible on the beach. Boys loved the surf break, great for boogie boards. Nice amenities and we look forward to returning.

Great beachside vacation rental
The rental property had everything needed for an awesome beach getaway with the family. The condo was very clean and looked newly renovated. Weve stayed at many beaches and condos and this was one of the nicest. The short walk to the beach was perfect. When we werent enjoying the ocean the kids loved hanging out on the patio watching the waves.

Location, location, Location!
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great. Loved being so near the water and having a view from our condo. We enjoyed the pool, since it was so very hot outside. The only things that we were not thrilled with was the bed, too small for comfort. My bad for not reading more about the unit. The other was the coffee pot. We could not find instructions and had to look them up online. Other than that , it was great. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at the Sand Dollar Villas at Fernandina Beach. Very clean condo, close beach access and great location for eating, shopping, etc. Brad Robinson, the property manager, made sure every detail was arranged for the check-in process to the check-out process. We will definitely return next summer for our annual girls trip!

Cozy condo with great beach access!
We loved staying in this condo. The home was very clean and neat when we arrived. It is well stocked with pots & pans, beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. It even had coffee and a welcome treat when we arrived! Pool was very nice and had plenty of seating. Easy beach access to a beautiful, quiet beach. The host were very responsive to the few questions we had and we appreciated their hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!
