Two bedrooms have king sized beds, third bedroom has twin bunk beds, fourth bedroom has twin & double bunk bed. Bath in master bedroom, second bath easily accessed in hallway, third bath in back bedroom. Large open area with kitchen, dining and living area all facing the ocean. Large game and entertainment room with TV in the back. Huge porch overlooking the ocean, partially covered but also great for sunbathing. Second floor condo accessed by inside stairs. Minimum age 25.
