"We stayed one night at Yellow House Niseko, and that was enough for us. While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. "We booked this hotel for our last night in Japan after a two week trip. I thought this was going to be a luxury hotel based on the price and photos. I was wrong. The lobby is nice and the staff are attentive, but the room left a lot to be desired. It was like stepping back in time to 1995\. The room was spacious, which was nice, but for the price I was expecting a more modern look and feel. It was clean enough, but everything was just old. The beds were also on the hard side. Overall, it was fine, it served its purpose, but was not worth the price tag. "

"Airport shuttle reliable - don’t be put off by the very long queues at 5am as the buses come frequently and the queue moved quite quickly. The room accommodated 3 adults (one on a sofa bed) and although it was a short layover allowing only a couple of hours sleep after relaxing in the hot springs spa bath for an hour, it was nice to lie down in complete darkness and I would probably just organise flights to allow more time at the hotel next time, including an extra visit to the baths or the hot stones option."
