“The outside hotel premises are clean and quiet. The room was dirty. A used razor was in the corner of the couch, food left in the refrigerator, and the bed had stains. When I let the front desk receptionist know, she asked for pictures, I showed her. She insisted on going to the room herself. She seen the items and removed them. She offered another room, still no better than the first and had an attitude about it. She only wanted to replace the comforter that was stained. If one portion is……

“Tru by Hilton has very small rooms and paper thin walls. Also dog poop was left outside the front door. Mentioned this to the front desk, but an hour later it was still there.”
