They are in the middle of up keep on the place so that’s good keep up the good work !!!!it’s a good place small room just needs a decent amount of maintenance…creaky floors !!! old charm for some … ehh…if u didn’t know the area well id imagine …..u rent a room and then u bring food to room to find out theres no fridge or microwave so thats kinda a bummer our room had new electronic locks. Freshly painted everywhere inside and out the beds we’re comfortable and shower/ tub was decent long shared porch and there is a big hang spot so if ur with a group it would be good nice pool in summer… In the end this place is not the best but defiantly not the worst.

Great place to stay!

This place is in need of a serious update. The room was relatively clean and the bed pretty comfortable. The property just looks worn down and neglected.

Convenient to the Latchis Theatre, however the downtown area around the hotel has many vacant storefronts, so not really many things to do close by. We didnt feel safe going out after dark. Perhaps those are just first impressions of an out of towner, who with time could have grown to find it quaint. The staff was friendly at both the hotel and the restaurant we found a couple of blocks away.
