The hotel location is excellent for people wishing to stay outside NYC and have easy public transport access to the city. Unfortunately during our stay, there was significant construction going on which was disruptive. The facility itself could use some better service with better selection of tea etc in the room. The windows etc and the room as also could use deeper cleaning. A big plus was the very ample breakfast included.Would recommend the hotel however some improvement is required.

The bathrooms are uncomfortable and no privacy in the wash basin and mirror! Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable to toss and turn!

Yes the property is under construction but not a reason for the staff to be rude. The place was so dirty everywhere and good luck getting in the elevator the workers are constantly in them. You can wait up to 15mins. Lower floors under construction you we were in the 8th floor. Construction dust coming down in the dinning area during breakfast. Won’t even start on the inappropriate comments and behavior from construction staff

We appeared to be the first to use the room since renovation but the only drawback was a bit of construction dust in a couple of corners. It is very nicely renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly. Location for an event at the MetLife stadium was great.

I stayed with my family of five for three days and the service and facility was very good. Although we stayed in New Jersey, the 320 bus from front of the hotel took you to Manhattan within 25 minutes. The parking facility was also good

I wanna start by saying the stay at the Hyatt and its staff as far as I know did the best they could, but check was at 3. We didnt arrive at the hotel until 520ish. I went in to check in, and was told that our room was not ready. My husband and I remained composed and understanding, due to not knowing the root cause of the issue. We were told the room would be ready in about 30 to 40 min. Ok. Fine. Well a 1 hour and 15 mins went by and nothing. Went back to check to see if there was any update and right before we could ask the room was ready. Now a 3 oclock check in has turned into a 630 check in. We rented this room from 3pm to 11am and kinda feel a little cheated.
