Very nice and clean, staff were great and very convenient for visiting NYC - right across the street from the ferry! The only knock was that the included breakfast wasn’t fantastic.

Loved the property and plan on staying here again if I ever visit the Newark/NY area again. Front desk associates were respectful, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. Good customer service which I always appreciate. The hotel is pretty close to many things including the ferry. Areas of opportunity: cleanliness of lobby bathroom and dining area. There were food stains all over the couches and seating area. I don’t want to know what happened in the women’s bathroom but i didn’t want to touch anything. Also be prepared to spend about $20/day on parking, more or less.

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that there were no linens in the room for the pull-out bed. The reservation clearly stated that we would have 3 guests, so you would assume that it was logical that we would need to have linens for the pull-out bed.

Our 3 night stay was comforting and pretty much as expected. There are limited food options nearby. Housekeeping can improve as we had to request for new towels and cleaning everyday.
