The front desk staff was awesome- and did their best. The room was dirty and not kept up with. Exposed hardware in the bathroom- metal plate in the bathroom next to tub not secured. Zero water pressure and the room smelled terrible. Would not recommend even just for one night.

The hotel is really close to the Metlife Stadium which was the sole purpose of our trip, a soccer match, so location was great. I was a bit worried because of the June reviews regarding cleanliness or lack of, but we didn't have any issues. The room was perfectly clean, I checked the beds (for bed bugs and under the mattress) and it was all good. The washroom is outdated but it was clean, which for us was our only concern since it was just a one-night stay. Everything was great, we had a good night sleep and the staff was friendly and helpful when we needed more toilet paper since there was barely 1 roll.

It was conveniently located near MetLife stadium. The riverfront park area was nice for coffee in the morning. Most of the electrical outlets in the room did not work.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my life! Dirty rooms and nothing was fully functional. The AC was not functioning and the tv didn’t work properly. Room was dirty and had fruit flies all over. Cockroaches and spiders. Smelling like poop. Staff members we’re unprofessional and unhelpful. Vending machines were empty. Not even a single bottle of water I could find on the property. Disgusting overall. Never coming back.

The air conditioning made the floor wet, there was no soap( was told there is no more),the alarm needed batteries and was beeping, only one light was working. The coffee in the morning was terrible and there was no creamer or milk. The only good thing was the staff- when told about issues , changed batteries, and fixed some of the lighs. They were nice enough

The room was clean and the price was good for the area. There were several people hanging out on the balcony outside of their rooms smoking, but we felt safe enough. It was a good place to stay overnight coming from the Newark airport going into New York City.

I was just an idiot. You don't stay at these inns with a family. I booked a week, stayed 1 night and forfeited the rest of the days. Booked Marriot next. There are better ways to save money than on very subpar accomodations.
