Great location, above average hotel.

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Very convenient location.
Cons: Better staff training; breakfast hostess was very rude.
Location: Right on the Hudson and next to a ferry stop. Across the street from Ruth's Chris and a short walk to the Chart House.
I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed, it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Breakfast hostess was very rude. Room service was average.

Nice hotel just in front of the Lincoln Pier

Posted Aug 3, 2015
I stayed there with my two children only for one night after visiting New York City. I was a 10 min drive from Times Square. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and spacious.

Ordinary hotel near the NJ waterfront

Posted Jul 7, 2015
Pros: proximity to city
Cons: staff was not really accommodating. We arrived very late night from a cross country flight. They only had soda vending machines; no food available.
Location: near ferry to NYC
Functional hotel on the waterfront. Convenient if you'd rather stay in NJ near the ferry to NYC. Expensive for the limited amenities. We arrived very late at night from a cross country flight and were starving. The staff said there were vending machines but they only had soda (and mostly sold out). There was nothing nearby for us to get food without a car. AT minimum, they should have had an in-room minibar.
