"Nice clean hotel & room. Staff we're very helpful and always cheery. Hotel location is perfect - just across the road from El Retiro Park which has wonderful open spaces, fountains, boating lake, cafes. 20mins walk to botanical gardens, Prada museum and train station."

"The staff was very friendly, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location on a quiet street. The only downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t get cold enough to provide relief from the intense Madrid heat in July. Overall, we had a good experience."

"We stayed at the Only You hotel in Valencia and we were really impressed with the hotel.....so, we decided then to stay at their hotel in Madrid. Just not the same. Quality of the hotel, service, rooms and meals were not up to the standard we expected after staying at their Valencia hotel. It is a nice place, but we were expecting better and were surprised to see that much difference."

"All digital check in and correspondence. Had issues with door, and delayed response. There is no person to talk to, it’s done online through a bot. Registering was online, with glitches in the process. Basement room, smelled like a basement, damp, leaky shower. Poor signage, and hard to find at night. No refund on cancellation. Only redeeming things were, good location, and quiet, otherwise avoid ."
