“Fantastic stay”

“A good location, the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, my TV didn’t work, but the TV in the room next to me worked because I heard everything coming out of it through the paper thin walls all night. Loud corridors and the fridge in the room was loud in operation. The breakfast choices were very limited for people with dietary restrictions. I’m celiac, and they couldn’t offer gluten-free bread. I ordered a vegetarian omelette for breakfast, which came with chunks of pork……

“Pillows smelled bad and dust was everywhere on top of the headboards and pictures needs better cleaning but over all a wonderful spot and staff where friendly! Gonna stay there again sometime.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfy bed, great atmosphere and the staff was fantastic! Our hot breakfast was a nice treat and seever was very accommodating and friendly. We'll definitely be back.”

“We had a great stay at Hampton Inn! We love the free breakfast, it's one of the reasons we pick this hotel. The pool is wonderful and warm. They were under renovation while we stayed, but it did not interrupt our stay in any way! Breakfast was still going ahead, the pool was open and our room was perfect! Some 'eyesores' in the lobby, but I love that they were still open and providing excellent service during their renovations! Will definitely stay again, as our kids also love this hotel. ”

“Terrible service ”

“The room was crawling with Silverfish. Nothing they could do because we booked with Expedia. Is there anything Expedia can do ?”

“一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.”
