“Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench”

“Initially the check in process was easy and quick, they were very nice to me and the first red flag I got was when I got into the room and opened the fridge, there was moldy cheese in the fridge from the previous person. I let that go and ignored it and just threw it away. Everything went smoothly until the last day of the stay, I had decided to get another two days but I wanted a king bed instead so I got that one for the last two days. We checked out and the cleaning lady was right in front of……
