“We had a wonderful stay at Palm Beach Historic Inn—its excellent location made it incredibly easy to enjoy the beach, shops, and nearby restaurants. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we would gladly stay here again.”

The customer service was excellent from start to finish — the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Everything was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and felt very high-end and luxurious. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and how comfortable and welcoming the atmosphere felt. Also, The pool area was amazing and very relaxing, and the coffee shop was one of our favorite parts of……

“Asked for 30 minutes to complete a meeting after checkout which was met with a hard no as they need the room. I sat in the parking lot for over a hour while the room remained empty. No customer service.”

“Breakfast is very nice . But the smell in room not good”

“Its like a mini resort. Perfect for families with little ones and dogs. Nothing is too far away. Everyone is very nice and attentive. My only complaint would be they are understaffed and the Flamingo Cafe and Bar had no one whenever we went. The ladies at check in were extremely professional but I could tell they were covering long turns. We will be back for another "staycation"”
