"The waterview room was lovely. Very clean and large. I wish they had an elevator, and thankfully, the hotel only has two floors. No breakfast is provided, which is fine. But they do offer coffee and tea all day. The issue I had was that there was only one pot of coffee going for all guests in the morning, and a very meager tea selection. No hot water for tea...you had to microwave it in the lobby or your room. I tried to make a cup in my room, but the microwave burned the paper cup at the 40-second mark. A little frustrating. But the room was lovely and clean. "

"This hotel proved to be an exceptional find during my multi-day stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, featuring comfortable pillows and high-quality linens for restful nights. In-room Keurig coffee makers provided a convenient morning start, complemented by the close by restaurant's room service, including tea with honey bed side which is nice treat. Private balconies offered a tad of ocean and nice intercoastal views, with refreshing breezes and prime vantage points for both sunrises and sunsets. Attentive staff enhanced the experience, alongside a convenient grab-and-go breakfast with espresso options and easy access to a peaceful beach area. Highly recommended for a refined seaside retreat. New, clean, affordable and perfectly located. "

"Check in was smooth and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect, staff, cleanliness, amenities. The only con was the cell service on property. We were informed we needed to connect to the WiFi. That fixed the problem, but it was spotty in some areas. We would definitely stay there again. "
