“Upon arrival, we were unexpectedly required to pay a €70 tourist tax. We had already paid for our stay before arrival and were told we could not check in unless we paid the additional €70. This was very unexpected and disappointing. There were also many insects in our room, which we understand can be common during the summer, but it still made our stay unpleasant. In addition, there was mold in the bathroom. On a positive note, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet……

“This was the most stunning hotel ever .. so modern and classic .. every detail was thought of and taken care of for you.. staff unbelievably helpful and polite and 11 pools was beyond convenient.. the spa treatments were amazing and had daily discounts available .. I’ve never been taken care of this well on holiday and we will be returning”
