I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you several times over the years, I always considered it a decent place to stay. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. We booked a room for 16 days, but due to the poor conditions, we were forced to check out early. During the 9 days we actually stayed: - Towels were changed and garbage was taken out only three times. - The bed sheets were never changed, and the room was never vacuumed or properly cleaned. - The room was full of bugs crawling everywhere. - There was a constant, overpowering smell of curry day and night. The quality of service has declined significantly under the new ownership, and I expect a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room.
