"the toilet handle nut on the inside of the toilet needs to be tighten. I hand tighten it as tight as i could but a maintenance man needs to tighten it down with a wrench. the toilet won't flush if it isn't tighten .Rm 230. Have hin take the lid off and he will see what I'm talking about."
