"They did not provide clean towels and when I went to the desk to ask for more. No one was available. They were cleaning rooms and neglected ours for sone reason. Staff was nice. But I was not impressed. No coffee or any amenities offered . There is another hotel, a holiday on, right next door. Probably stay there next visit!. My husband and I have been in automotive most of our lives and run a business in Idaho. Customer service is everything."

"I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is older but it is very clean, bed was comfortable and loved that it was affordable. It is an hour drive to some famous hikes in mount rainier and the town has great restraunts and a grocery store which makes it very nice. The closer you get to Rainier the higher the prices are and less options for food and no grocery store."

"The room was fine but hauling a heavy suitcase up a ton of stairs when I’m solo traveling is not the most convenient. (I almost fell the stairs are very small). I don’t remember reading a description about it when I booked the room. I would just say if they can update the website and let people know there’s no elevator and you may have a room upstairs would be a great idea. The room also had a very strange smell to it and the pillows are pretty much nonexistent. I really had a completely fine stay but I want others to have a realistic review to consider before booking. The location you couldn’t beat and I got coffee at Rise & Grind right down the road less than 10 minutes - Best coffee of the entire trip."

"Decided to take off midweek and visit Rainier from Seattle for sunrise. Booked this the day before and once I arrived, was disappointed I didn’t have more time to stay a second night. The cabin was perfect and very clean. I felt comfortable as a solo female traveler staying here, and dinner at the restaurant the evening I rolled in was perfect after a long drive. I departed early for the park in the morning so I didn’t get to check the breakfast out, but I’ll be back!"
