“I am writing this hoping it helps someone else not have the horrible experience we did. We got there and the pictures, especially the first one do not match the apartment at all. The sofa, carpet and areas in the bedrooms were stained and looked dirty. We were still going to stay, but after unloading our groceries, we found 2 roaches in the kitchen. We took photos and contacted the host immediately and left and had to go to another hotel. The worst part was that the host stated they would call……

“I've stayed at 802 W Main twice, and I enjoyed my stay both times. The place is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location is great because it is in walking distance from the bus and the train.The only thing I didn't like was the shower mat in the bathtub, which is like a carpet that never fully dries. I just moved it to the side so I didn't have to touch it.After several other sub-par VRBO experiences in Houston, this place is my go-to for my monthly work……
