“This was a true gem - Staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. It was my birthday on our check-in and we were upgraded to their best suite with an amazing view - encourages us to stay another night. Zana in guest experiences was absolutely amazing. “On a adoré notre séjour.
Le repas dans les restaurants étaient variés et très bons.
L’équipe attentionnée et efficace parle français et d’autres langues parfaitement.
Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir.
L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch.
Plage de sable comme piscine nous avons trouvés des transats à toute heure.
Salle de sport propre et complète

“Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen.

“Es war so so so schön! Besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können. Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt und ruhig. Unser Kind konnte sich frei bewegen, es gab einen Spielplatz und die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Es war die perfekte Oase zum entspannen.
