"My family including 2 kids, 3 adults used this condo as a home base in Kona. The decor may be a bit dated, but everything was functional and just what we needed. We appreciated the beach supplies including boogie boards, chair, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed having AC as it was quite hot during our stay "

"Great size house for our family (Myself, spouse and three adult kids 18, 20, and 25). Owner was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was spotless and very roomy. Place had all the amenities for beach days (chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella). It was perfectly located for all our adventures (Manta Ray boat trip, Dolphin snorkeling trip and visit to the erupting Volcano National Park). "

"The suite was as described, which was the perfect size for the two of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the walk to the beach just took several minutes. I would highly recommend water shoes once you get to the beach, as the shore is very rocky. Paul was very communicative and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Such a beautiful place to stay and we will book again."

"The ocean was not visible from our room, but the 11th fairway of the Kona Country Club was. We did visit the pool that was by the ocean and it was wonderful! We enjoyed the waves crashing on the rocks and spraying us with ocean spray. Every staff member was friendly, informed and helpful!"

"We did not stay as planned. My wife had an emergency appendectomy on Friday afternoon and we did not make it to Kona. The owner had contacted me earlier with instructions and i replied to him that we had to cancel due to the medical emergency. I am waiting to see if i will get a refund from the owner as the cancellation was not in accordance to the cancellation guidelines. "
