Nice resort with restaurants and shops nearby (within walking distance). There is free street parking before you approach the south entrance. If you are approaching from the north side, you’ll have to make a right into a small narrow street, no sidewalks and frequent tourists walking. We unfortunately came when it was a luau day and even a paid parking lot was full so we opted in for the $18/day for the convenience. You’ll have to drive for events like night snorkeling or white sand beach within 15 miles, you use your room key to get in and out, and at checkout they have a little drop box and you’re done. The spa was conveniently located in the same part of the resort we were staying (bay tower). Be sure to double check what you booked and what service they provide when you get there. I was new to spas and didn’t think to question it but the body treatment and massage services I received was not what I booked via email. I loved both treatments so I didn’t feel the need to correct and paid the extra. Everything was clean, we slept very well, they include a fridge, iron & ironing board, safe, hairdryer and some storage.
