Kelleys Island State Park Vacations from $490

Room was spacious but they placed us very far away from the elevator on the second floor and our view was of garbage and dumpsters. It was very loud. It was a Thursday evening and the hotel did not feel like it was at capacity so I feel like they could have given us a better room. I also felt like there were some spots in the room that could’ve been cleaner. I sometimes think when you book with Expedia( bc we got a good price) and not directly with the hotel, this happens but I could be wrong. Also, you couldn’t stream any apps on the TV which is disappointing for a hotel that labels itself as luxury. I will say all staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant and our server was wonderful and food was good. Drinks were better! I will probably look for other options next time I come to Cleveland.

Looked just like the pictures. Very clean. Only thing i would say is it only had one bathroom and that bathroom is located inside the master room so the other guest had to come in that room to use the bathroom so just be prepared for that. Other than that loved the area and place.

Super Hot pool was great

The staff here is noting but fantastic. Weve stayed hwre twice in the past 3 months. Both times were great. We come up from wayne county ohio to watch cleveland sports. This location is nice as its walking discrance from rocket arena and progressive field. 4th street isnt too far of a walk either. We had a small issue with our room on our 2nd stay. We talked to the front desk and they immediately took care of it. 10 out of 10 very happy.
