Location good, no staff on duty to get amenities as needed. But overall, an enjoyable stay!

The location was perfect, only 8min walk from the Arena and Stadium

Rooms weren’t very clean. Staff was helpful with bringing extra towels and blankets up to our room. Shuttle was very nice and friendly driver. You have to pay a daily rate to leave your car parked during your trip which I think should have been advertised. I thought it was free parking. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was nice. The staff was pleasant. I called the front desk a couple of times to ask questions about the area but nobody answered at the front desk. Convenient access to downtown, especially to the Cavs arena space. It's not a beautiful environment but is convenient. I had a small issue with housekeeping understanding my needs as well as English. (that small issue could have been easily resolved by providing at least the #of towels for the # of guests on the reservation) I also would appreciate an included breakfast. There are plenty of places to eat lunch or dinner nearby. Oh and the bed was so comfortable, great bed!

We had traveled back to Ohio for the weekend and were looking for something between the airport and Canton. This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was spotless. Staff were pleasant. Great location. We will definitely stay there again when we're in town.
