"Arrived to a very quick check in, room on 3rd floor was very clean and comfortable, very clean bathroom and enough towels. My name was on the Television saying welcome I also received a text from front desk to ask if I needed anything at all just text :) I didn’t get up for breakfast so can’t rate that. Only negative for me is the brightness in the room so much light comes around the shades just wish it was dark! "

"Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there. I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise complaint the one night we were there from guest on the second floor(we were on the 3rd floor). Me and my husband was waiting for the elevator on the 1st floor and could hear all kinds of banging noises from the second floor. "

"Breakfast fare on Sunday was not up to the Best Western standards. The eggs were so watery, you could have drunk them."

"The home was very comfotable. The host had left us a basket of snacks which was very sweet. The home was very clean and inviting. Very quiet neighborhood. If the wind had not been so strong, we would gave loved sitting on the back porch for the beautiful views, so accommodating. "
