"Amazing stay! The hotel is fantastic in the countryside with a great walk around with great views. The room was modern and decorated beautifully to match the building architecture. "Close and convenient to the motorway, we used it as a stop off on a long journey south. The staff are great and they do a nice little kids packs and free hot chocolate. The hotel is quite dated but clean. Could definitely do with a big refurb. Pool nice and warm, clean but again just dated. The only issue we had was the bed. Never have a stayed on such a noisy, uncomfortable bed. It was like a camp bed. "

"The hotel is in a very peaceful countryside location, but only 10 to 15 minutes from Gloucester, with good road links to the rest of the Cotswolds. Check in was easy and the staff were all very friendly, even though it was a very busy bank holiday weekend with two weddings and coach parties arriving. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choice and at reasonable prices. The bedrooms were very spacious, with really big comfortable beds and good en-suite facilities. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book again."
