We took the SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa and arrived alittle early I contacted her and requested her if we could check in early she gladly agreed we checked in 6 hours early and we were very appreciative of that it gave us more time to enjoy the house the view and the calm environment. "We had a wonderful time! The cottage is close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and a short Tuk Tuk ride to some great local restaurants and an ample supermarket! It was everything I anticipated! The bed was super comfy, and nice to have air conditioning overnight! Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and pans etc. Everyone on the little compound were so helpful, and offered additional support, advice and recommendations! I look forward to returning! "

"The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

"Die Anzeige hatte nahezu überhaupt nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Objekt zu tun. Klimaanlage, TV und weitere in der Anzeige erhaltene Geräte waren nicht vorhanden. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, der Pool in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand. Es war mir nicht möglich in diese Unterkunft zu bleiben, habe mir eine Alternative gesucht. Einzig die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief gut. "

"Voyager Beach Resort is an excellent place to have a fun holiday. No complaints about anything. Enjoyed the beach boys/girls too. Since dining is open to the outdoors, you'll have to be open minded with that fact. I would recommend that the resort install better ventilation in the Smuggler's Cove. It's the only reason we opted out of this fine dining reservation. I saw no visitors eating there either. It was Empty."
