Welcome to the River Trail Cottages, conveniently located about 2 minutes drive from Downtown Kerrville and Shreiner University. Our property is adjacent to the 6-mile River Walk path, ideal for biking and walking, as well as the Guadelupe River. Whether you explore water activities or visit wineries in the region - let us be a hub for you to explore all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer at this peaceful and centrally-located cottage. This cottage's porch looks out to the river.

This 1,100 sqft renovated two-bedroom cottage features:

• Free parking space for 1-2 vehicles adjacent to the cottage
