Loved this centrally located and charming piece of Ketchikan history. Excellent staff and within walking distance of everything. The parking pass they provided was particularly helpful since the nearby lots are 2 hour max parking. Super close to the cruise ship docks which was neat to observe and also near some really cool bars. If you don't mind a few stairs to your room, stay here.

This hotel is great for anyone trying to get an authentic experience in Ketchikan. Being in the heart of the town, it is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great 100 year old historic hotel. Great staff and great location. Offers transpirtation from and to airport. Nice beds and pillows. Only negative really small shower and watch.out if anyone flushes the toilet but would stay there again.

The hotel is very old but was quite clean. Rooms were a little warm with no A/C. Opened windows. Got smell from rear of restaurant below. Staff was friendly and complimentary shuttle from airport was great. No breakfast, but a decent choice of beverages on the mezzanine Shower water varied in pressure and temperature. Location was good, downtown close to all the touristy things. Probably would return as some other hotels have poor recommendations.

The GILMORE HOTEL is our go to place when we are in Alaska. Anthe greets you at the front door and you are swept away in old world, charm and hospitality. The staff always greets you with a smile and is ready to assist with anything that may come up along the way. We like the front of the hotel because the views are stunning and they change daily due to the cruise ship traffic. The rooms include historic detail complemented by modern finishes. The hotel does not have an elevator, so be sure you don’t skip leg day at the gym before you visit! Annabelle‘s restaurant is part of the building and is not to be missed. The crabcakes are delicious, the halibut is the best I have had and make sure that Tiffany is your waitress. She was fantastic and operated like a well oiled machine not missing a chance to make every meal an experience you want to have again and again. I am already missing my time in Ketchikan and am looking forward to planning my next visit!

Nice historic hotel with a clean room. However the water view side is located just above a bar where people are shouting and fighting until 2 am. Not a good place to stay if you are depending on a solid night of sleep on a weekend.

A lovely property, but be aware there is no elevator. There are staff to lug your stuff up the stairs or store them for you. You will have to climb the stairs to your room. There are 3 floors. The ocean view room kept us entertained people watching cruise ship passengers on the docks. This was built in 1927 and that character has been maintained.

The building was turn off the century, old, but very charming. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. Location great, right where all the cruise ships dock. Just choose a room with ocean view to see all the action.
