“We had been travelling for 9000 KM's on a 3 week vacation and I wanted a nice cozy place to have ahot shower and relax and get ready for camping the next few days. I noticed the room didn't have a hair dryer, so I called the owner, and he had the housekeeper bring me one right away. We loved sitting on our patio chairs and just soaking up the calmness. ”

“Everything was set up, neat & clean, ready for our arrival. I had been provided the check-in info and getting in was a breeze.We blew a fuse and the host was on it immediately!We were concerned about not having a full-size fridge or freezer. “Our stay at the Tiny house was very peaceful and comfortable. It was clean and had all the accommodations needed for a good nights stay. “This looks like your basic roadside motel, but it's quite lovely. The owners recently bought the place and the rooms have obviously been redone, and they're very cute and smart. Ours had a little kitchenette--I don't know if all rooms have one--but it was so nice to have! And the best thing about the Selkirk is that the owner bakes for the guests--fresh homemade pastries (along with fruit and yogurt) every morning, and homemade cookies every afternoon! “We had a fun girls trip. Very clean accommodation's. The view is amazing! We sat outside and watched the deer across the way. The kitchen had everything we needed. A very unique place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. Communication with Zachary was excellent. You have to take the short hike to the top of the dome and get the full effect of the view! Oh, and our first night we listened to LP’s on the record player. That was a fun surprise! I plan on returning for a get away with my husband.”
